2. Use of Service
You may use FoundryUI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
4. Intellectual Property
FoundryUI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FoundryUI, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
FoundryUI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
